Taiwanese Lantern Festival in Cumberland was outdoors this year and the theme was inspired by the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics. The International Paralympic world cross countring skiing and biathlon competitions were held at Mt Washington (our local ski hill - 20 minutes from Cumberland).
