For the past couple of months, things have been a tad disruptive and noisy in the RV park. We haven't found it a problem as the majority of the time we are out and about but some weekenders that come for a peaceful get away have not been too happy with the digging and machinery noise. The project will be completed soon and is looking great. These new sites are for Happy Trails RVers.

The park here backs onto over 300 acres of trails, some of which wind their way down to the ocean. Every day the area is inhabited by deer, rabbits, garter snakes and some other critters that we haven't personally seen (bear, cougar and raccoons). This deer obviously has been around people alot - it followed me and the dogs down the hill, waited at the door, while I chopped up an apple, then ate it piece by piece while Tazz's eyes were fixated on it the entire time.
Last week, at the Golf Course, I counted 22 deer (18 on the driving range alone). They know the good life. They often will run up to your ball to check out this stupid sport humans play.
Will be starting up the blog again after what seemed like a quick break (a brief six months here at Seal Bay RV). Our first night will probably be Lacey, Washington (I5) on Oct 29th and Junction City/Eugene OR to get some yearly maintenance completed on the coach & then off to somewhere.

Hope you behind the scenes blog readers will send a message every now & then .... would like to hear from you.
