Okanagan B.C.

The day before we left to cross the border, there was a huge thunder & lightening storm across the golf course (preparing us for the coastal winter). Above, driving into Osoyoos, Okanagan BC.
Had to stop in Grand Forks BC for the infamous Borscht (Doukabour country).
Above, the summit of the Coquihalla (approx 4,068 ft or 1240 m). Guess it`s time to get back home (some believe we should be heading way south!).

A gorgeous, sunny day today (Oct 9th) in the Comox Valley and we are closing in on winter .... ski season will be upon us in no time. Mt bikes are still active as are the golf clubs. (Kayaks, well ..... it gets dark too quickly to be adventuring out there on overnight or two day trips).
