Ogden/Salt Lake

The economy is certainly diversified in and around Salt Lake City. Government, commercial and industrial centre for Utah with refineries, mining, farming, tourism, various service sector positions and international headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dozens of fiberglass horses are handpainted and placed throughout Ogden to commemorate the city's heritage. No shortage of recreational activities - paddling on Salt Lake or golfing, just to name a few. Salt Lake is 5X saltier than the ocean. Only brine shrimp, brine flies and several types of algae survive the waters. Marc's kayak was totally covered in brine flies as he paddled and he had to keep his mouth closed!!!
Working diligently on his handicap.
