Guarantee RV in Junction City (just NW of Eugene, Oregon) has full hookups and RV sites across the street when you are getting work done on your coach (free). It took some time to figure out why our power was kicking on and off - turns out it was the Silverleaf (digital engine monitor) the culprit. Luckily, we found a replacement just up the road at the Silverleaf manufacturers and have sent the old one in for repair as they don't make this particular model any longer.
Guarantee RV was a fun hangout - they hold a free barbeque for employees and customers every Tuesday. They are a busy place and there were probably 40 people present at the barbeque. We met several of the staff and the owners. They own four RV sites in the area (practically own Junction City) with a new & used car lot, truck lot and service lots (this one had 10 bays, each filled to the max with two RV's in each and a line up of customers waiting for various repairs). You learn quickly what not to do - watch out for roundabouts and narrow bridges!

Next paperwork trail was driving from Grass Valley, through Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, through Helena, Montana at Walmart for the night and next stop, the border at Sweet Grass, Alberta. Paperwork was done ahead of time (thanks to alot of organizing on Marc's behalf) and crossing was not at all a problem. Just needed a stamp and we were through in fifteen minutes.

Canola fields in Alberta We stayed in Lethbridge for a couple of nights. The next step was to have a provincial inspection done (that turned out to be all of ten minutes - if that.). Done at Canadian Tire and they basically just have to see if the running lights are done and we have airbrakes. Then, the inspection at a shop in Lethbridge. This too didn't take long - the coach is like new so there wasn't alot of concern about the brakes and lines, etc. Had the oil changed and we came home with our newly purchased house.
So, here we are. House is being shown, we are back into golf & cycling, the weather is hot (30 degrees) and the coach is washed and SHINING - ready to move into.
