New Years Resolution
"Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow."

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. Time to get fit, again!!!!
We had an extremely quiet Christmas Season ... Marc has had a hard time shaking whatever is 'bugging' him (no pun intended). Still not over whatever it is.
Mistletoe in the desert is NOT the kind you may remember as being the beautiful, green leafed, red berried clump, hanging over the archway, waiting for that kiss! Desert (Sonoran Desert) Mistletoe is prickly, leafless, unfriendly, overtakes it's host if allowed by feeding off the nutrients and water of its host (acacia, ironwood, mequite and palo verde trees). It grows at below 4000 ft elevation between S. Nevada and N Mexico.| Mt view-part of Superstition Mt Range |
Recently had 'cool' temperatures (-2 C and 9 during the day). . .the Valley has some snowfall (first in about 3 years). We just came out of the Imax Theater (after watching Narnia) and there was a light 'shower' of snowflakes that lasted just seconds in Apache Juntion. Higher elevations (Flagstaff has road closures, Globe, the same).
