Left Eugene/Junction City on Saturday as our work has been completed and we are ready to head further south. At an elevation of 3,150 ft in the Siskyou Pass (in the Klamath Mts of Ca) we saw snow but this was mid afternoon and the roads were dry. Good timing!
We are staying in Sacramento for the week as Marc has relatives here and it will give us a chance to visit before the puppy arrives on friday. Was nice to have a brief visit with Randy (Marc's cousin) & Sharon last night. We are at Cal Expo, right next to the harness racing track and on the other side is the paved biking path that runs from Folsom Lake to downtown Sacramento. We are 5 miles from downtown by bike path. Kind of enjoying this weather (LOL) - sun, 17 degrees with cool temperatures at night (4 c). We are off to finish laundry and buy a vacuum (this Dirt Devil sucks (well, it doesn't actually, that's the problem)!
