In Yuma .... a little warmer than Hemet - by about 5 degrees. Yuma, I am sure, is THE RV capital of anywhere. There are MEGA RV parks here.
Inside Ed & Trudy's gorgeous house; alot of "casita's" on the street - a mixture of park models (aka mobile homes), motorhome 'shelters' with a small kitchenette built beside and carport, and padd built for two RVs with a small garage & full hookups. Zoned for multi-use.
Ed & Trudy's landscaping -only a small portion shown on this photo ... it is beautiful with cactus, trees and a goregous patio out back with full on barbeque, brick fireplace and marguerita builder!
Permission to pick grapefruit from the neighbour's yard (neighbour of Ed & Trudy). You can mt bike or walk for miles & miles in this deserted area; be careful in spring and summer (spring being late Feb) as there are numerous sidewinders, tarantulas and scorpions.
Across the way and just up the road is the bomb testing area for the base; just a fifteen minute drive is the Mexican border.
